Foggy MorningAbout Us

Our farm is located in Willow, Alaska approximately 65 miles north of Anchorage. It is located on a portion of the original homestead site that Sue's family homesteaded in the early 1960's. The one room cabin that the family of six lived in is still in use by family members for rest and relaxation.

We are good stewards of our land and are proud to implement the philosophy, tools and techniques of organic farming; however, we do employ traditional methods when environmental conditions warrant. We believe the soil is the soul of the earth and take great care in protecting and nourishing it.

Sue is a horticulturist and Gary is an engineer. Its amazing how two contrasting occupations have come together to create a beautiful and wholesome family farm. The kids and grandkids visit and play 'farmer' unsuspecting that they are actually in training!
We currently have 17 cultivars planted and hope to eventually manage 5,000 top quality, healthy plants.
